I have a list of 50 preschools I have yet to visit. I called 25 this morning, and will call the other half tomorrow. Just introducing myself, telling them they'd receive a postcard soon, etc. I've been using this list since Christmas, and it has really been great with getting events booked.

Received a website contact form from someone interested in the opportunity - emailed her back immediately to start the dialog.

Delivered some supporting information to my downline and her downline to help them with their business.

Day 2 Once a Day IPA

Well, I thought I had blogged yesterday but I guess not! Oh Well today I spent an hour stamping the 201 birthday postcards I prepared yesterday and took them to the post office to mail them. Bring on the calls!!

I put my info on all my catalogs and printed out tons of the 4-up flyers from the website.

1)I dug out the "Traveling Stuffing Workshop" postcards. Put my information on them, and printed labels to daycares, school and every address I could find. I've had these since I got them in my starter kit and decided to put them to use. Will take them to the post office tomorrow to double check the postage on them due to the large size.
2)Called the parent of one of my coloring contest winners to set up photo op.
Still looking for more to do!

I had a birthday party last Saturday and the mom kept saying how much fun NA looked and how she wished she could do it (with meaningful looks towards her husband!) I called her this afternoon to thank her for the party and to see how she thought the party went (I usually call sooner, but things have been rough around here with Virginia Tech and other personal things happening.) She said it was great, and again mentioned her doing it. I jumped right in with a little talk about how great NA is, how flexible, I also have another full time job and am having a great time. I ended with mentioning the $29 starter kit, and she sounded very interested. The minute I get home I am sending her information on becoming a crew member. She also gave me the phone number of someone else interested in having a party, I will call them as soon as I get home!

What a busy day! I spent the morning advertising on different internet sites and also updating my website. I also filed sales tax for last quarter. This afternoon I printed off copies of recruiting information and flyers. I also booked a birthday party for May. Later tonight I plan to stuff large baggies with stuffing to be prepared for events going on this weekend.

Today I sent an email to a friend about her daughter's up coming birthday. Also, sent an email to a friend who mentioned interest in Bella Bee awhile back.

I continued to make follow up phone calls for Camps. Heard back from one camp that said it's not budgeted for this year, but they have a Family Fun Day coming up in May. He said I might be able to set up a booth. Waiting to hear back on Friday.

Also, spoke with a Girl Scout mom who advised I look at their "Try-Its" Handbook for ideas on how they can earn badges during my workshops.

Also, worked on fundraising proposals.

Today I sent a new team member information on updating her website and using corp's site. I organized my Bella Bee supplies. I unpacked and organized outfits from this weekends parties. Not as productive as yesterday, but I had a lot of personal things to take care of today.

April 18th- I visited a daycare and they booked for this summer. I received a phone call from another center and they booked. I still have to get out my reservations confirmations from yesterdays bookings and put name tags on some catalogues. I also spent some time on the phone with my downline members offering support and wishing one of them a Happy Birthday. :) Okay- must get back to work now.
Ciao!

Today, I mailed postcards to an area I am marketing. I also helped my recruit again with her preparation for the Open House on Friday. Dawn Marie is so excited and she is going to be great. I know that the Open House will be great success for her. Lots of mothers filing through so parties to be booked and opportunities to present. Jacqui Thomas #1447
