I called the local movie theater to get a list of summer movies. I'm hoping to work out some kind of package with them for penquins and chicks for the new movie "Surf's up". I also returned a call to a member of my downline, to answer some questions, and help with some quick workshop ideas, so she can raise money to go to convention. Shelley #2113
I e-mailed a bday mom to answer some questions. I e-mailed thank yous to my party hostesses from this past weekend. I talked to our high school cheerleading coach about a party/fundraiser. I talked to a preschool employee (with whom I had worked with on a scouting function, but we didn't realize that until we got to talking - small world). She is considering having me as part of a year end party for the preschool, her daughter's bday party in the summer and her elementary school's event with the PTO. I was excited when she said she'd try to help me on all 3 events. I put together some catalogs and business cards to mail to a daycare director (small place) b/c she said she'd hand them out to her parents. Thanks! ~Kim Wence, #1359
Handed out several cards and chatted with Moms that had their kids with them at Walmart tonight. Talked with the lady at check out and she was very excited...has four kiddies!
Talked with a Mom whose is having a b-day party with me this weekend.
Received an order today and went through it : )
Bought a portable DVD player (I want to start bringing these to my parties to set up like a little recruit info spot...playing the recruit DVD and hopefully slideshows from parties I've hosted and pictures of all the animals and extras).
Made contact with the organizer of the event I am doing on Saturday. It is for the city parks & rec, if all goes well, I will be doing classes for the city in the fall!! Hope so.
I stuffed and labeled 153 envelopes to send out to daycares near my home. I emailed two possible recruits. I placed an order for a birthday party I'm doing next week.

I got a new recruit today. Woohoo! I sent in money for the large event I was accepted for, and followed up on a school workshop lead.
