Great weekend!!!! -Boy were we busy busy...thank god for pre-registation..I didn't expect as many people to come....thanks so much Cathy VanRoon for all your help this weekend. I could not have done it without you...and also thanks for the ideas and support. Cheryl Provencal #2323
Today I call my local Women's Hospital to see if we could work on a class with the siblings on taking care of new babies. The siblings would get to either make a doll or bear and this way they have a baby to take care of while mommy takes care of the new baby. Have a meeting on 6/5 to discuss it with the Teaching director.
Cross your fingers average class size is 30 kids 4x's a month.
My woman's hospital meeting went well until the director asked it I could cut the cost. So I change it around to "Well I could offer you the chance to become a member yourself and then you could offer the animals at what ever cost that you feel would work for you." "I could even start you off with a start up kit costing only $29". She looked at me with the "that's an idea" look on her face and said that she would have to think about that and she would get back to me. So hopefully I turned around a lost situation to a still profitable one. Plus getting me 1 more person closer to FREE conference.
