Noah's Ark Collector's Club info

The background:
The Collector's club is first and foremost a club... in that you have to obtain a membership before you can get any information or products. To gain access to the club, a person pays a $19.95 fee and receives the membership gift - the Baby Mojo.

As a BASIC club member, they then get the option to purchase future club collectibles. Non-members do not have the option to buy future collectibles... only members. So unless someone has a Baby Mojo in hand (has either paid the $19.95 to join or was given one as a hostess gift - see below) they will not be able to purchase the future animals. Unlimited club members give NA their credit card and get each future animal on an autoship AND at the lower price. Someone who has a basic membership can upgrade to an unlimited membership at any time.

The process for party/workshop hostesses:
When someone has a party/workshop/event, their gift from you is the BASIC membership - it's free to them (they don't pay the $19.95 - you buy that membership for them for the special price of $6). In order for you to get that membership for them at the $6 price, you must register that party online in the back office. In a sense you're "pre-registering" them for the basic membership at that point.

Once you register the party membership, the Baby Mojo gift is placed into your shopping cart. You finish ordering the other things you planned to order and the Baby Mojo gift is shipped to YOU with the rest of your inventory and business tools.

At that point YOU are also emailed the hostesses password and information for her to take that "pre-registration" and turn it into a full fledged Basic membership (without paying the $19.95 dues - remember she already has that Mojo so she won't get another one - the basic membership is the gift from you...she's just confirming that she wants to get the future info).

So once you give her the password information (you can just print out the email or write the information on one of the blank post cards that you can get from Town and Country) and she logs in she'll have the option to keep the membership at the BASIC level (get future emails and have the option to purchase other animals when they come out) or UPGRADE to the unlimited membership.

If she chooses to upgrade, she'll need to put her credit card information in the registration and then from that point on she'll receive future collector's club animals (not another Baby Mojo - she got that from you) and her credit card will be billed when the next animal comes out and is shipped.

So when you have your party, you give the hostess her Baby Mojo and a the card or email info with her log in information to finish the registration process for the basic membership or upgrade to the unlimited membership.

The Process for a regular customer:
A customer who wants to sign up for the collector's club without having a party goes to your personalized website and signs up by clicking on the "join my collector's club" link.

In order to join the club they pay the $19.95 club dues - which includes the Baby Mojo which will be sent directly to them. If they only want the BASIC membership, that's all they'll be charged and they will be emailed when future animals come out so they can choose to purchase them at the $19.95 price point or not.

If they decide to do an unlimited membership, they indicate that on the form, still pay the $19.95 for the membership fee and get the Baby Mojo, but then they will be autoshipped and billed for all future animals at the reduced autoship price of $14.95. Billing happens at the point of shipping the animals.

You as a crew member earn a flat 35% on all memberships and future shipments including yourself if you choose to sign up as your own customer.

The $6 sample baby mojo is separate from a party registration and is a business tool for you to use either to 1) show future birthday moms/workshop hostesses what they'll be getting or 2) to use for a last minute party - where you can then register the workshop after the fact and replace the sample back to you when it's shipped...then you can give the hostess her log in information after the fact to confirm her membership in the club.

Clear as hot cocoa? I hope that helps clarify it a bit. Please freely post your questions here about it.
