Theme for 2008

I got this in my email today and liked it. Stephanie Frank wrote the book "The Accidental Millionaire" and has some great stuff. Enjoy this from her newsletter:

New Year's Resolutions stink.

Okay, okay, I know you already knew that.

Every year at this time, I do a ritual - a routine that I have shared for more than 5 years with all of you now. If you're new to our world, I'm excited to share it with you.

So what is it?

It's a Theme! Forget those nasty "have-to" resolutions (that won't happen anyway - why set yourself up for failure?)

You can have a theme for the year, for the month, the week and even for the morning if you want.

So let's start with the year. A theme is nothing more than a way you wish to show up, to exist and to be as you are going through your daily activities.

Here are a couple of themes from some of my clients:

- Effortless Living

- Being In the Moment

- Money Matters

- Honest Communication

- Gratitude and Graciousness

Personally, I have a new Theme this year - Fast Forward! (I'll be able to tell you more about the big things coming for you this year really soon)

I have a sign posted above my desk that reminds me of my theme every day.

So why not take a couple of minutes today and think of your theme for 2008? I
promise it will give you a boost and inspire you to next steps.

Drop me a line if you want me to know what your theme for this year is, or tell me in person if I see you at the movie showing this Friday!

To Your Continued Success,
Stephanie Frank
