You know the drill -
It's an agreement not a contract that you OK not sign. Something is a challenge not a problem and it's better to invest in a product rather than to buy it.
The other day I heard this one. When doing your phone calling it is better to say “Hi this is …” which implies we have a relationship or know each other instead of ,“Hi, my name is...” which means you don't know the person you are calling.
Subtle but powerful, wouldn't you agree?
